Why enroll in this program?

The aim of the Skills Training Certificate in refrigeration is to train people to become refrigeration and air conditioning technicians. The program is designed to train people to install, operate, maintain and repair these types of systems.

The demand for skilled workers in this field is high, and our graduates will help fill the gaps in this industry across Quebec. Our dedicated teaching staff provide training in a modern setting with the latest equipment. 

BURSARY AVAILABLE: Students will earn $750/week during the course of their training. Registration deadline is December 15th.

Special features of the program

To be eligible for admission to this program, candidates must meet one of the following requirements:

Persons holding a Secondary School Diploma or its recognized equivalent, for example, an Attestation of Equivalence of Secondary V studies, or a postsecondary diploma such as the Diploma of College Studies or a Bachelor’s degree
OR
Have obtained at least secondary 3 or 4 credits in language of instruction, second language and mathematics, according to the study programs or have completed learning recognized as equivalent.
OR
Persons who are at least 18 years of age upon entry into the program and have the following functional prerequisites: the successful completion of the General Development Test (see the following table), or recognition of equivalent learning
AND
Have interrupted their studies for at least twelve months.
OR
Attend or have attended Adult General Education (AGE) during this period.
